As the trees begin their sacred dance of release, letting go of what no longer serves, we too are invited to surrender the layers that weigh us down. In this healing circle, we will honor the wisdom of autumn — the season of transformation, balance, and renewal.

Through guided Breath Work, Sacred Resonance Healing , Sound Healing and Reiki Healing in a collective sharing, we will:

• Release stagnant energies, beliefs, or patterns that are ready to fall away.

• Call in balance as we approach the Equinox, embracing both light and shadow within.

• Reconnect to the cycles of nature, aligning our hearts with the rhythm of the Earth.
